Best Starbucks I've ever been in! The people who work here are very friendly and it's such a nice place to eat and drink at. Scott has phenomenal customer service! Thank you for everything ❤️
This specific Starbucks has the rudest manager. He does not allow any kind of extra accommodations and has forgotten what customer service is. I simply ask for a water for my child and if they could put the dried strawberries in it. I was willing to pay for it but he just simply refused and tried to say it was Starbucks policy. I contacted Starbucks and it’s up to the location so it’s not policy he is just an awful person.
