I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks location for a year and the staff is exceptional, where all of them set a high standard. I am grateful they do such a great job because the location is conveniently located near me and my gym.
I came in to study. The staff was having a staff meeting. Which was totally fine. But afterwards the entire staff was being very loud for 30 mintues after the meeting. I could barely hear my friend speak i had to yell just to talk to them. Its very common for customers to come in to study and do work and the entire staff had absolutely no awareness of the customers around them.
I don’t usually write reviews, but one of the workers (who I wish I caught her name) made my day!!!! She went over and beyond for me after I had spilled my drink in my car. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time.
