I am an older woman with incontinent issues. I came into the store in an emergency situation. I asked if I could have the code for the restroom and I was told that I needed to purchase something to use the restroom. I had no problem with this at all. I asked if I could use the restroom then make my purchase. I was told no I had to go somewhere else or make my purchase first. I would stop in late mornings to grab breakfast to go before getting on the metro. I would usually be greeted by name since I ordered so often lol. Overall the workers were friendly and what I ordered was good and was ready in a timely manner. Gonna miss this place since I moved...
I stopped by Starbucks to quickly grab a drink with my little Pomeranian dog, not realizing that pets aren’t allowed inside. I fully understand and respect that policy. once it was explained to me kindly by a staff member named Ben, I appreciated the clarity and his respectful tone. Unfortunately, my initial interaction with another employee, Lolo, was disappointing.
