Got every item in our order wrong
An ethiopian lady did not make the drink that I had ordered. I then proceeded to ask for her syrup and she was reluctant to add syrup into my drink. She was then extremely disrespectful and rude toward such a simple ask. I ultimately had to throw away the drink because it was indrinkable and I will never return to this establishment.
Worst starbucks experience I've had by far. I am constantly on the road and take my rest breaks at starbucks locations around dc,va and md due to great service and clean restrooms along with wifi connection so i can sit down to work. I typically order my sandwich after a restroom stop so that it is still hot when I receive it. Manager? Lady stopped me very rudely and abruptly and refused restroom use until purchase then rudely threw it on the counter. Hello! My two daughter n I walked in so I could get coffee and a danish and my girls went to the bathroom and the lady behind the counter started yelling at them and when I said they are with me she started talking to her coworkers in a different language about them using the bathroom. I don’t appreciate the attitude and talking about customers especially my teenage daughters right in front of me and think I didn’t realize what they where saying!
