Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, this not my first time there, i either go to this one or the one on university before going to work and today i got to my work and when i was checking my order the most important item which was the cream and cheese for my 2 bagels that i normally buy and can’t eat them without it wasn’t there!!! And this is not the first time they mess up my order if it’s not one thing it’s the other!!!

Went there with my friend to try a drink she recommended me. My friend paid with card and i paid the guy in cash. I gave him a 20 and only got a dollar and a few cents back. I thought it was suspicious but thought maybe that’s just the price since I got a venti. We left and I told my friend that the drink she recommended me was good but not for 18 dollars and she was shocked and said it’s only like 8 dollars. The guy did not give me the right change and didn’t even offer me a receipt.
