I’m a reserve member so I feel like my opinion really matters here. I’ve been coming to Starbucks in Norman going on ten years. This location used to be my go to, I’d find myself going out of my way to get my drink made right. The past 3 months I’ve pretty much had a negative experience every time I have come. I can see they have new employees so maybe that’s it but they cannot make my drink right now. I will never come back to this location.

Went to get a Iced Matcha Latte for my husband and Sarayah ( I probably butchered her name) but she was so patient and she helped me decide on how much sweetner we needed in it for my husband's liking. I tasted it at the window, she wanted to make sure I was satisfied.So she deserves to be noticed for that. My husband loved it!
Typical Starbucks, very busy, fastest Starbucks service I've seen anywhere. Drinks and food are always the same. Typical expensive too. Not the best coffee place around, but consistently good.
