Once upon a time, this Starbucks was fast and efficient, but here recently, it’s been the opposite. I met the manager, Kat, and quite honestly, she was anything but helpful. I don’t know what it is about her, maybe a prejudice of some sort, but she’s just not prepared for a busy day, which is when I had an issue and she was not helpful. I expect more from a Starbucks manager.
I wanted to start with staying I completely understand how stressful working in an environment like this is. I went by 3/27 around 11:40am and I ordered a matcha (or so I thought). Not sure what happened. I could’ve accidentally said chai or they might have heard chai since it was windy. Not the problem here though. I told the barista at the window I wanted a matcha and she proceeded to tell me “well you said chai” I stated “well I wanted a matcha” and she just repeated herself saying “you said chai”. Starbucks does not wow me. Their coffee isn’t the best quality and it is so expensive! Don’t get me wrong, the coffee is not bad, but it is definitely not good value for the price.
Clean and fast
I don't know if everyone at Starbucks was stressing or what, but I'm a door dasher and the food sat on the counter for approximately 6 mins before being bagged. When I asked about it the girl with long red hair rolled her eyes at me. Great customer service! NOT!!!
