Seriously the worst Starbucks in the entire area in terms of customer service AND product quality. In addition, all I wanted was a CUP of WATER this time, even offering to pay for it but no. You have to buy an item to receive water. For a store charging premium prices, the lack of basic courtesy is disappointing. Exceptional service! Even when swamped, staff is attentive and courteous! Accidentally placed my order at another location in which they offered to make my order, no questions asked. I’ve been here a time or two before and staff is always kind and store is always very clean. As a bonus, they even take their used coffee grounds and bundle them up nice and neat, sealed with an educational compost sticker. These are kept by the door for customers.
