I was at the drive through early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised that they were so friendly! Ronin really cheered up my otherwise exhausting morning and put a smile on my face. First time I’ve had memorable service at a Starbucks.
I go to this location several times a week since I work remotely. I was so impressed with the guy working on Thursday. (First time seeing him) He's is very slim and has the round Harry Potter glasses. He has such an amazing personality and so polite. Please tell him to keep up that customer service. It's amazing
Was given the wrong size, when I asked for the correct size the barista had an attitude for her mistake and poured the drink from the grande cup into a venti cup then proceeded to fill the cup with cold foam and ice… to correct the problem.
