I was passing by when i decided to go into this starbucks; I ordered a grande Iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso but that was definitely not what I got, it looked like the shots had been queued poured in and that was it, not shaken or anything. In addition to that i ordered a quad shot of blonde espresso with 2 pumps vanilla and 2 pumps of white mocha, with out milk and cinnamon powder. Terrible wait time at drive and the workers u overheard them cursing
There's a different set of staff every time I've been. The turnover is insane and it shows in efficiency and quality
