Even though this location has a less than ideal parking lot scenario, the workers always make it seem quick when there's a line. Hazel nut oak milk shaken espresso with caramel cold foam! (Thank me later!)
I've been to my fair share of Starbucks around the U.S., and this location specifically takes the cake as the worst customer service experience. And it was not just based on one experience. I gave them a benefit of the doubt over the course of daily visits over a span of 3 months. I know the gold standard of Starbucks but basic customer service in general. God forbid the app screw up, and you receive the order late, but you tell me, "Next time I put an order in, I need to make sure I do it correctly next time". This statent ... read more
