It was my first time ordering online and picking up via drive-through so I didn’t know that I had to tell them at the ordering kiosk. We drove straight to pickup window. The lady knew that we were there but tried to ignore us by pretending taking orders even though there was only one car behind us. Entirely wrong order on pickup. We pick up when we’re in a hurry and don’t realize until we’re down the road and because we’re in a hurry we’re not going back…..Please just get the order right. Every single sandwich was wrong
Maybe it's me maybe I need to diversify... or maybe I should get the experience i expect from Starbucks... no cookie crumbles? At starbucks ... as the employee said "that sucks"
