Had a racist experience with the barista Ashlyn. She pretended she could not understand my mom when she was ordering and she kept mocking my mom with the way she was saying things while ordering. when we got to the window, she had complete attitude and did not want to give my mom the two pup cups that we had ordered and when she brought them out, they were genuinely filled less than 1inch with whip. and on top of that the lid of the cup for my coffee wasn’t even well sealed so it made a mess all over my car. Definitely will be coming back! The staff was very friendly and the barista Angel was very nice when they took my order. I've been to other locations in 425 area but never had my pink drink taste so good! Thank you so much!
Im not a big coffee drinker! But occasionally ill head on to this location! I enjoy almost all of the staff and they are always on top of things. However there is one barista that cant stand me? Im not sure, every time i enter there is one specific barista, they are very hostile to me. I greeted them at the drive thru box and they aggressively said “thanks for your patience” im not sure if thats annoying to do, but i do apologize if it is, but it just made me feel uncomfortable, they called me friend at the drive thru window... read more
