This place is so expensive, if my wife weren't addicted to it, I would never go here.
Only stop when alternatives aren't available. The coffee always tastes over roasted and burnt. The prices don't merit the value and the cost of the coffee and containers are ridiculous. They're more concerned with EPS and Ego-nomics than quality and value. I will compliment them for clean restrooms and stores but the chairs and seats are uncomfortable and geared for turnover versus an enjoyable stay awhile experience. Super friendly staff; so much so my friend thought the drive thru worker was automated. Love the chipper attitude, and the drinks were done right to boot!
Went inside and ordered 1 drink. Waited 15 minutes while car after car went through drive through. Then woman they knew ordered drinks and made for her. Asked about my order and they said I was #3 in line. Don't order drink inside unless you have a lot of time .
Fun friendly atmosphere thank you for the welcoming greetings as we come in, we all appreciate your work efforts to run a good establishment, and always making it right even if it's a opps, that's ok, thanks for accountability. The Carmel ribbon crunch is our favorite, even got my kids to like it but only small size, for now...
