Ordered a bagel toasted and they just threw it in the oven without cutting it open. So I asked can you cut it open and re-toaste it, and she replied by saying we don't have a knife to cut it open. Horrible answer instead of finding a solution.
Never in my life have I seen such a dysfunctional and poorly managed establishment. It doesn’t matter if you come during a peak rush or during off hours you will wait 3 to 5 times as long as any other Starbucks the drive-through does not move after placing your order by the time you make it to the window 15 minutes later, the barista has absolutely no clue who you are or what you ordered When they give you the wrong order and then you have to fight your way back through the 2 x 4 parking lot to make it back in and tell the s... read more
