Its Starbucks. How can it not be great?
Ayanna, thank you for always taking such wonderful care of my friend. She stops at Starbucks every morning, and it means so much that you always remember her coffee order and greet her with such kindness and respect. You truly are a little ray of sunshine in her mornings. It’s the small things—the warm smile, the familiar greeting, and knowing exactly what she likes—that can make someone’s whole day brighter. Thank you for being such a sweet and caring person and for making her mornings feel special. ❤️
I stop at this Starbucks every morning on my way to work, and Ayanna always makes my day. She knows my order by heart and has it ready as soon as I pull up to the drive-through. Her customer service skills are impeccable, and she always greets me with such warmth and positivity. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I truly recognize exceptional service—and Ayanna is an outstanding employee who deserves to be recognized .
I was there waiting over 10 minutes for An employee of 10 working to help me not one greeted me and asked me if I needed help or if I needed anything they were all running around just doing drive-through. Not only that, but I saw flies on top of the pick up order line. Just horrible customer service.
