They always take so long, even with 3 persons working. 50 minutes for a coffee

The cashier messed up on my order, once i had my drinks i explained this isn't what i had told her at the register & if i could get another drink made correctly. The cashier refused to make my new drink & said the next deink would be made the same way even if i ordered it without ice. HOW HARD IS IT TO NOT ADD ICE TO A BEVERAGE. Last time I will be visiting this franchise. 7 Brews is better anyways & the employees arent disrespectful.
