By far, the most uncomfortable Starbucks we have been to. Not only is it uncomfortable, they forgot our order and then gave it to us cold.
I absolutely love Starbucks! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for studying or catching up with friends. The baristas are always friendly and skilled at crafting the perfect drink. I can't get enough of their seasonal flavors, especially the Pumpkin Spice Latte! Plus, their commitment to sustainability makes me feel good about supporting them. Highly recommend visiting for a cozy coffee experience! ☕️

It's a shame one bad employee can ruin customer service. The blonde woman and young man behind the counter were very pleasant. As far as the Asian lady she needs to get a new job and new attitude. I will not be returning and will be putting in a complaint to corporate. She was so offended bc I simply asked a question about my drink. Nasty.
