Second time I’ve had the worst experience with newly hired staff (2 POC females) that work during the afternoon hours between 2-4:30pm @ 555 Main Ave, Norwalk CT. On 06.17.2026 @around 2:10pm a newly hired tall woman made a mistake & put my drink in regular cup instead of my personal cup. I kindly asked her to put the drink in my personal cup. She gave me the nastiest attitude & threw the drink into my personal cup, splashing it everywhere in their sink & added an obnoxious amount of ice. My cup was not wiped down from the w... read more
this place has gone so downhill. 30 minute wait at the drive through with 2 cars in front of me are you kidding. i placed a mobile order and got the drink HALF FULL???? manager iby needs to get this store together. at first i gave them grace for maybe being understaffed but pulled up to the window and saw 5 employees just talking to each other. ct ave location is way better!! never coming here again. my drink was awful

I was refused a pup cup for my dog who was fresh out of surgery today. Horrible customer service. Ill go to the one down the road where they show some kindness.
