this place has gone so downhill. 30 minute wait at the drive through with 2 cars in front of me are you kidding. i placed a mobile order and got the drink HALF FULL???? manager iby needs to get this store together. at first i gave them grace for maybe being understaffed but pulled up to the window and saw 5 employees just talking to each other. ct ave location is way better!! never coming here again. my drink was awful
I was refused a pup cup for my dog who was fresh out of surgery today. Horrible customer service. Ill go to the one down the road where they show some kindness.
Splendid staff and service Wes made my birthday extra special with a cold brew with two extra shots and vanilla cold foam. Thank you for all you do here to make my coffee always perfect 🤩
I usually like this location, but this experience was terrible. The girl that assisted me, her name tag said Maddie, she had an absolutely atrocious attitude. She clearly needs to be retrained and the leadership should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such behavior. If you can’t keep your attitude in check and be respectful, you shouldn’t work in customer service. Disgraceful.
This is the best Starbucks I've ever been too! They were SO welcoming and helpful. They cared about our order and greeted all their customers as they walk in. They also make sure you're orders are being worked on so you're not waiting long. Our coffee and food was delicious and it was super clean inside. I left feeling ready to start my day. Thank you so much and keep up the good work , you make a difference !
