I usually don’t comment on Starbucks, they’re pretty standard but the experience at the 63rd Rego Park location is hard to enjoy. The music is always blasting, making the space uncomfortably loud. It feels more like they don’t want anyone lingering than a place to relax with a cup of coffee. I really wish they would lower the volume and play calmer music; it would make the environment much more inviting. Right now, it’s hard to want to stay at all.
My first time at this location. I enjoyed a BEC breakfast sandwich 😋 and a decaffeinated hot pistachio latte. Unfortunately there was a biohazard and the bathroom was shut down, a big problem if you're drinking coffee. I engaged in nice conversation and will visit again.
