Worst staff ever compared to other locations! I just wanted a nice morning to relax a bit but turned out get super stressful with unfriendly and very long waits.
This location was my go-to Starbucks cause it’s really close to my work but I already had 3 bad experiences with my order. I usually do the same triple iced espresso modified, the first time I got disappointed was when they gave me a cup not even fully filled instead got 3/4 of the cup and lots of ice, the other day almost no caramel and yesterday I got a cup FULL of ice, so much you could see it from the top of the drink. From a person who orders 2-3 times a week I would expect a better experience…
I asked for black tea and got black coffee!!!
