Had such a great experience at the Northbrook Starbucks today! Jin was incredibly helpful and friendly. He walked me through how to use my rewards, helped me figure out exactly what I wanted to order, and even suggested the best sizes so I could get the most out of my rewards. He was patient, knowledgeable and just made the whole experience really easy and pleasant. Such great customer service, thank you, Jin!
Maybe check you’re making the correct $8 drink before you give it to the customer. Ordered Cold Brew and received Chai and realized after I pulled away. Amateur hour Starbucks!
The s’mores cold brew was alright. Didn’t taste like it was suppose to.
