Ordered a mint medley tea and was given some other kind of fruity tea. This was disappointing and I did not discover this until I was already long gone.
This Starbucks specifically makes my coffee order great every time. You know how you can just tell your coffee is off by the color? That doesn’t happen to me at this one. They’re also typically not out of anything-which is pretty impressive for how busy they are!
Ordered a mobile order that was due to be ready at 8:42. I went and did my merchandising job and was up to the counter at 8:45. One worker was dusting things, the girl behind the counter was just standing around. My drink wasn't started until 8:47 when she finally noticed me standing at the pickup counter waiting. It used to be my favorite Starbucks place but the service has went severely downhill since the workers changed.
The girls behind the counter had no idea what they were doing and even tho I specifically asked for light ice they said to do the regular amount right in front of me and then they didn't even fill the drink up they took 15 minutes to make the drinks and it was mediocre at best I would not recommend coming to this starbucks go to an actual store
