Came to the drive thru on Thursday 7/24/25 at around 9:30am, and all I can say is wow. Which manager decided it was a good idea to hire this specimen? What a complete mess. Rude as all get out. I literally ordered 2 lattes. One was rudely handed to me with a sleeve and the next one without. She was so unpleasant I was actually afraid to ask for the missing sleeve on my hot drink.
