I spend so much money at Starbucks and the drinks are hit or miss.. takes way too much effort to get your drink remade or request a credit for another drink.. chat service is useless too making you call this person or that person and go out of your way for something to small.. likely never using Starbucks again..
I get a Venti Shaken Espresso everyday. Same modifications every single time. I rarely go to this location. Today they tell me that Starbucks does not do light ice on espresso as a franchise. I called the Starbucks in Teays Valley immediately and they confirm that is something they do. Why would I pay $6-7 for mostly ice? This is not just normal ice. It basically completely ice with a little bit of coffee. I will not return to this location.

Great experience
I visited this location almost daily for about 2 years. The staff is fantastic and my drink was always perfectly made. Orders are always made quickly, and I rarely had to wait for my order when placed online. I was so sad that I had to switch stores after moving
