very fast service with very nice staff
Pleasant staff- and my latte was good. The store was very clean too.
I don't usually write reviews, and am usually happy with the service at Kam Shopping Center, but I lost $9 (includes tip) for a drink that did not end up on their order schedule, therefore, I never received. I paid in cash, and stupidly (on my part), didn't ask for a receipt. Meanwhile, there were at a least ten mobile orders waiting for their customers (getting cold/melting depending on the drink); and I'm sitting there twiddling my thumbs...waiting, as a walk-in. Disappointed, and out of $$$.
absolutely horrible. cold foam: non existent caramel drizzle: non existent caramel crunch: non existent I paid extra for these modifications and DID NOT GET THEM. To the baristas who work here: READ. YOUR. STICKERS.
