I came in and placed the order (pumpkin cream iced shaken espresso), started waiting for my drink, looked at the mugs etc.. there were some drinks being served by calling out the names of the drinks or the person who ordered it. I come to this location often, and unfortunately, my drink has been made incorrectly multiple times. A few of the guys on the night shift are usually the only ones who consistently make my drink correctly and provide good customer service. Today, 9/6 around 11:35 AM, I had another issue with the manager, Miked. Employees here are very friendly (I think the culture is set by the young lady who I think owns/manages it … she is the best and always brightens my day). Typical high Starbucks quality of coffee.
They guy wear glass super rude and very rude with customer…. He should gives us customer service, it is not free food….. i m very upset
