The store was open before 6 but door was locked. The Asian girl worker was inside already saw us waiting and ignored us. She made us wait 10 minutes. After that we left. Garbage schedule and punctuality!!!!!! Be Better management team!!!!!! Manage your people.

i ordered a breakfast sandwich, nobody called my name, i didn't see it on the counter once when i was sitting across from it, when i asked where it was they lied to me that they called my name several times and THREW IT AWAY and said they aren't serving it anymore. got a refund and i am never going back.

I have been with Starbucks since the beginning and I’m still a huge fan and I’m sure will always be. However, I must say this specific location on this specific day Was much less than par for Starbucks. The employee behind the counter, Sara, was quite prickly and matter of fact from the beginning, bordering on being a bit rude. We spent approximately $26 this visit. I received a slice of pumpkin loaf. When what I really wanted was banana loaf. I may or may not have ordered the proper item however, I do not like pumpkin loaf.... read more

Ordered a mozzarella and tomato sandwich and they put a vanilla scone in its place. I also had to remind them that I ordered a biscotti as they forgot to include it in my order. Really poor service and incompetent employees.
