I placed an order online and walked in to pick it up. The order I was looking at didn’t have a name on it, so I was trying to read the label to see what it was. Then Ms.Rios (I believe the barista) walked up and asked, “Who are you looking for?” I told her my name, and she rather abruptly replied, “That doesn’t say that,” then grabbed the order and walked away. I’m not sure if she was just stressed so early in the morning, but she definitely could have handled the situation better—perhaps by helping me locate my order instea... read more
