I had an extremely unpleasant experience I had at your location at 254-21 Horace Harding Expressway in Little Neck. My name I visited this store on two consecutive days, March 30th and March 31st, and was treated in a manner I find completely unacceptable. On March 30th, I placed an order and was assisted by an employee named Halana (Cashier ) When I politely asked her to correct my order, she responded with a rude tone and visible attitude. Went there at 530 pm on a Thursday March 26, black woman who was making drinks was so rude and is always rude. Nobody likes her. Other people that go there all say same thing and some won’t come back. Suppose to be a great place and drinks are not cheap but the service really is cheap. She ruined it for everyone, because there are some other nice workers there. The manager is great too. But this woman ruins it . This is a review from like 8 of us. Thank for listening.
Good place to order on the app and pick up without much wait. Nice staffs.
