Extremely Poor Customer Service I recently visited this Starbucks location and experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered in over 50 years. The barista on duty was exceedingly rude, displaying an unprofessional and entitled attitude that is simply unacceptable in any customer-facing role. My best mocha ever! The girl in the drive-through window was very kind and friendly. A cute sticker with a bee cheered me up. Very pleasant experience, fast and tasty. 🫶
The Starbucks by rite aid is awesome and the barista are polite and kind and respectful I go there all the time and it's like the episode of cheers when norm comes in the bar and they know your name so well , well since I go there alot they know my name and they know what I would like to drink. They are always with a smile and good customer service plus they will do birthday writing on your cup which is you tell them it's your birthday they will try to do it for you I love going there I would be like norm on cheers instead I... read more
