I ordered a VENTI chai latte with strawberry cold foam. I was given a grande in a venti cup, half of it being cold foam. Very disappointing

The service is very friendly and quick. There is usually places to sit in here as it is a decent sized location.
Beware of the pretentious baristas that struggle to get the simplest of orders correct!!
