I was drinking my iced latte when I kept seeing specks - turns out it was bugs in my coffee. CHECK YOUR DRINKS AND FOOD BEFORE CONSUMING! Contacted customer service - took over 45 minutes to be refunded. Will never drink Starbucks ever again.
Omg my friend and I got coffee here this morning and there were bugs in the coffee. We got iced coffees - I’m still throwing up.
My impression while sitting in for a half hour before a doctor's appointment is that the morning staff are spectacular. They're all incredibly attentive, friendly and at least two of them call out to customers walking in the door, "good morning!" or "welcome in!" Seating area is spacious, and the many windows let in a lot of morning light. I wish I lived closer to this location, it's one of the better Starbucks locations I've seen! (And they have the GOAT trophy to prove it!)
This is the Starbucks that's closest to my house and usually I get alright service, but today the window person was just rude and clearly doesn't listen when you speak to them. Ordered two drinks with the intention of using stars, told the window person before she even scanned my phone that I was using stars and she even said "okay". She gave us our order and I asked to confirm that she used stars and she just said 'no'. When asked why she said that I should have told her before completing the transaction.
