On June 9, 2026, during the day, I ordered seven drinks and a pastry. I asked for a bag and a cup holder, but I was only given a bag; they told me there were no cup holders available. How was I supposed to carry seven drinks? I have bought drinks at this store many times, but I have often received poor service from the staff and found that the drinks didn't match my order. However, today I was extremely annoyed when they told me there were no cup holders for my seven drinks!
Mya was at the window and she was rude. Didn’t say good morning or nothing. Just wanted my name and told me to answer the question on the pad. Bad first impression. But the guy that took my order was super nice!!
Great coffee, cool worker wrote in Japanese and Korean on our order!
Some snarky new chick was working the counter this morning and got attitude with me and a lady before me. Very strange.
