I stopped getting coffee from here a while back because my orders were often wrong (missing something extra I'd added on, wrong size). Husband was eating next door so thought I'd try again and i had him pick up my mobile order and once again it's wrong. Paid extra for cold foam on my venti shaken espresso and no cold foam. My orders are not complicated, usually just the addition of cold foam to an iced drink. I'm not sure how they can't get it correct....
