Was denied a cup of ice because no purchased was made . This is the first time I heard of this because Starbucks is known for giving a cup of ice if needed with out making a purchase . I looked it up and also says on their website they do give water or ice with out a purchase . I feel this is a employee not wanting to hand out a cup on a really hot day I always purchase coffee here but today just wanted a cup of ice fast and noticed there wasn’t any customers in the store .
The only reason I give it a one I normally frequent a lot. I’m not coffee person. My husband is and normally I buy something here for him I asked a girl can I purchase a cup of water? I’m not expecting for nothing for free and the Girl said oh I can’t charge you for water and she was nice enough just to give it to me even if you told me two dollars charge me for a cookie to give me a water that’s fine Well, The girl who is making the drinks normally every time I come here I always tip every and she always helps me every time... read more
Starbucks Coffee and bathroom Admit it, you are here for sugar and butter creams.
Ordered 3 oat milk brown sugar cortados - coz we love the drink ! But we were highly disappointed!!! The coffees were so milky and as a result so heavy. It was just supposed to be 3 ristretto shots and milk foam. What was the milk about anyways ?! I don’t think I will go back to this location again.
Big concern about their cleanliness/ sanitary practices. I noticed a man exiting the bathroom & commented to my fiancé about how unsanitary it was that the man was touching the door & handle with his bare hand, then my fiancé brought to my attention that this was an employee. The man touched a dirty door & handle in the restroom, then proceeded to make my drink.
