Worst Starbucks in the Tri-Cities! I just had a horrible experience here. The customer service was terrible. The lady at the counter was complaining that someone asked her to take the trash out while taking my order. I asked her for special instructions for my food & she didn’t let the barista know. I am not usually a person to comment or review, but I enjoyed the interaction and satisfaction I received from Scoot! He made sure my drink was made right not with lots of ice like most of the employees add in the drink after saying light ice.
There drinks are never made correctly or consistently, I have gone to another Starbucks and ordered the same drink and it’s always better and made correctly. Went again today to try again asked for iced grande and got a watery no iced drink.. this is ridiculous - queensgate location is never consistent t
