Fast, efficient, plenty of parking and clean bathrooms. Easy 5 stars
I had a very disappointing and painful experience at Starbucks this morning in the drive-thru. I ordered a hot coffee and, while at the window, I asked if I could add another item. The employee told me the car behind me had ordered a lot of food and was waiting, which made it feel like she was in a rush. I told her not to worry and to just give me the coffee. After I paid, I reached out to take my drink, but the employee let go of the cup before I had a secure grip. The hot coffee spilled directly onto my hand and burned me.... read more
