On Sunday 09/21 - The customer service at Starbucks has greatly gone down hill. I waited in line for 45 minutes to order a coffee yesterday, they somehow never came on to the speaker to take me order, so I drove up to the window as you would and they refused to take my order? I have been paying 7-10 dollars on one coffee for 10 years now at Starbucks and they can’t even take my order when they’re the ones that messed up? They forgot the coffee in both of our drinks. Literally got an expensive grande cup of hot milk. It is very hectic in the cafe. All together too many customers and too small of an operation. They are decently staffed, but that only works if you have enough machines and stations to create a functional work environment. I feel bad for the workers there.
This Karen at the counter yelled at me so I yelled back and then she punched me so I punched back and now I have a lifetime ban but she doesn’t DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
