Place is great when it’s open but a lot of the time in the app it will say it’s open an then you show up an it’s not. Hours are inconsistent. Staff is great. Pay em better
They didn't put the Lavender cream in my Lavender cream matcha. So it's just Matcha.. I know I said oatmilk, and the cream has regular, but come on man... I noticed it in the parking lot, but I was running late to work and didn't have time to get it fixed. 😭 its just one of thos days I guess.
Rude, inattentive staff. Completely ignore you, don’t even acknowledge your existence. My order sat in a bag completed for 10 minutes before I could get anyone’s attention to retrieve it while loudly but politely asking “excuse me”.
