Go elsewhere. I wait 2-3x longer than other Starbucks for simple orders. They don't know know about dairy in products they're making in front of them.
The fact that this is the only Starbucks near me forces me to come here. The baristas suck. I have to give my drink back every time. This place needs new management and ownership. The worst!!
So. Today I went & the server was talking to an employee, so I waited. Then, she said, "May I help you?" I ordered a sandwich & in the middle of my order, she walked off to finish her conversation!!!"
Worst customer service of any Starbucks I've been to!
The customer service at this location sucks! Have been here a few times, but their service is extremely inferior to every other Starbucks that I have been to.
Drive thru moves extremely slow, regardless of the number of people waiting.
Why did it take almost 10 minutes to get a pastry warmed? And I had to ask for it twice....
Don't bother coming here if you're in a rush. This place is beyond slow.
Not the best, but a good place to wait if picking people up at the airport.
