Check this out... the guy with the bolding head and bad attitude in the drive thru. What was the reason for being rude ? It's not my fault you hate your life. You held my coffe.... you Knew it was hot. Why wouldn't you put a holder on it ? Let's do better .
Waited 30 minutes in line and got yelled at for mobile ordering even though I ordered 15 minutes before arriving. My drink was horrible and watered down and the ratio was completely off. Horrible service. When I got to the window the staff said “what are you waiting for sweetheart.” Also kept audibly complaining about working. Would definitely recommend trying any other Starbucks.
They forget to turn off their mobile ordering when they're closed on holidays, and then trying to get your money and tip back takes weeks (so far) of back and forth with customer service. They use this process to crowd source opinions about menu items, and make you answer lifestyle questions. They have the time, date, order number, contact and payment info. Customers should not have to provide anything else or wait so long to get a refund for a store's mistake.
Literally the slowest most unorganized Starbucks in town. I’ve gone a handful of times because it’s on my way to the beltline, but I will always drive to a farther location out of my way VS waiting THIRTY MINUTES for a drink. It’s ridiculous, and before you troll says “make your coffee at home” I do 99% of the time.
