Will take about 10-15mins maybe a little longer for you to get your order. Service here is slow compared to the other locations. I go here on a regular basis so I already know it’s slow. I’ll use the app to order before I leave then I get here and I have to wait as if I just ordered it.
I am disappointed in this Starbucks since I went in person a week ago and had no problems, however my boyfriend went this morning through the drive-thru and ordered exactly what I asked since I have it written down on my notes app for him, just for the employee to hand him two medium drinks after he requested two large drinks, plus they were blended drinks and yet they came with popping pearls when we did not request that. Stopped by at 7:20pm on a Friday, doors were locked and employees were cleaning inside. Double checked, hours say open till 8:00pm. I get 15 minutes early but 40? On a Friday? So bummed out.
I usually love this Starbucks and get great service, but the coffee has been just awful lately. Terrible espresso and no sweetener in multiple drinks. I've returned many drinks now and had to eat the cost of others because I was on my way elsewhere. Not sure if it's summer staff or a difference in how they clean the espresso machines. Hope they improve ASAP.
