Service has been very bad lately. Please train your staff to make drinks in an orderly manner and to show decent customer service. I’ve never had to deal with stuff poor service until recently. Been coming here for years. Extremely disappointing.
I really disappointed this location. I’m not say I’m order every day but at least 5 times/ week. The staffs most of them is new and make very nasty flat white and mobile order waiting for more than 10 mins by drive thru. This is really unacceptable!!! And not even apologized ( not peak hour) pls train u workers how to do better or treat customers well!!
