I love this location; all of the baristas have been kind and professional during all of my other visits. I would normally rate this 5 stars, however...Today, a male barista removed the paper seal on a sprinkle container WITH HIS TEETH in front of me and my mother before shaking them onto my drink. We were floored and didn't say anything in the moment, but I was horrified. I don't want to get anyone fired over this, but that is unsanitary.
Best location & team hands down. Their baristas are SO smart. Ashley helped me pick a new fall drink that I was obsessed with. A few other members helped with that holiday to winter transition & picking out new drinks. They are always so kind, helpful & FUN! Preciate your crew 🤍
My barista was super helpful but the service was really slow and the entire coffee shop was super cold. I tried a gingerbread latte and it tasted horrible. I don't blame the people who made it. It was the drink itself that was bad.
