Today stood in line with 4 other customers around 1pm for 5 minutes. 3 employees behind the counter, no customers waiting to pick up their orders. No greeting and no eye contact. After 5 minutes I left. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks.
The caramel machiatto tasted like hot water. And the barista was super rude
The service of the manager is very bad, even has a discriminatory attitude. My friend and I went in to order 16 cups of coffee, the person who took the order was very happy and helped us a lot in choosing the dishes and paying. When I went to the counter while I was waiting for my drink, a bartender asked me if I had a big order right? I said yes. He said that these orders must be ordered 1 hour in advance because it takes time, I told the target opposite that I didn't need to order, I came to buy and pay, there was no probl... read more
