I realize a one star is probably a bit unfair… but when people come and go for 15 minutes before my stuff is ready… That’s completely unacceptable. If you’re going to make a customer, wait that long, you should offer them a complementary something to mitigate against these one star reviews. Maybe that’s what reserve status means for me… we’ll get you at some point.
Stopped by the Flatwoods Starbucks for my custom Caramel Ribbon Crunch. Mindy, Christy, and Epiphany were taking care of business this evening. My drink was awesome, as always. The best Starbucks in WV, always treats you like family.

Kids working in here decided to close 20 minutes before listed closing time of 9:30, leaving several customers at the door without service.
Mindy is exceptional! So pleasant, friendly & delightful! Her voice was welcoming during the placing of the order (drive thru) & she was just as sweet in person!!!
