I bought a medium Flat White (16oz) with Oat milk and look what happened after 3min of decanting. A little over half of the cup is filled. Disappointing. They filled with air the milk and serve you. You are paying for it
Im annoyed. I went this morning and ordered the same drink I’ve been ordering for years because I’m particular and I drink decaf. I asked for it how I ALWAYS ask for it and Tessa was very rude about it. Said what I was ordering was a latte if she added more milk and she could only add a splash like bruh…I’ll pay for whatever but I want it made how I want it. My nitro was good as always I was surprised however that this store has a policy of not pouring my drink unless I introduced myself at the counter first. So I ordered my drink on the app , sat down in a chair and wasted 10 minutes for my name to be called out.
