Ordered a latte through the mobile app and planned to go through drive-through, but the line was enormous so I went inside and patiently waited to be greeted, which was fine, they looked very busy. once the barista came over she said sorry “we’re understaffed” and I told her I understood and it was not a problem and they could take their time. There is a single employee - just one - at this location who cannot make a drink to save her own life. When she's assigned to the drink station, there is absolutely no hope of getting a palatable beverage - you end up with "leaf water" or "badly flavored ice." I've been drinking my Starbucks-of-preference just about daily for almost 30 years now - probably longer than she's been alive, sad to say.
