Every time we visit this Starbucks the wait is so long and there is no effort to get the drinks done for the customers and we have been chewed out before when we had something wrong with our order. Today we were the only customers in the shop and we ordered. 25 minutes later we did not have our drink and there were employees not making drinks and one on their phone.
I didn’t order food, just a drink, my FAV ! Iced Brown Sugar Oat Esp with added shot! You must use the app!! Not only for the points, but also walk in a get your drink with no 15 minute drive thru wait!!
