this is the third time I have come here and my drinks are never made correctly. They always either have no milk at all or it’s just the wrong flavor drink. I will not be coming here again. ai tried to give you guys multiple chances but ended up throwing my drink away and wasting money.
I drive and order Starbucks everyday and order Venti ice brown sugar oatmilk shake espresso. It has been my go to drink to start my day, I spend about 250 a month for my coffee. Today, I got a drink and I went back to the store and ask as nicely as possible and talk to the drive thru to Ms Gabby. I voiced my concern about my coffee being too dark annd bitter unlike the usual. If she could remake it the way the ice brown sugar oatmilk shake espresso usually look.
