Been to this Starbucks a couple of times. There have been several occasions when they have no cold brew available. My husband only drinks cold brew, so the last time he was there, he had to wait in line without purchasing because they were all out. When he drove past the window, he was stopped by the barista. The barista gave him a “”your next drink on us “gift card for his next purchase. He took it to another location. The card was empty.
The manager with light hair said I couldn't order water without a purchase. I think she's just a lying
Excellent service here, I really love to spend some time here.
This is the worst location in the Diamond Bar - Walnut area. I waited over half an hour for my online order and will never return to this location!
