I had to give a 1 star otherwise it won't let me post. Manger tuesday moring sept.30th. Yesterday charged me proper price for my drink today wanted to charge me more than should be. Every single starbucks I've been to charges the same price. Shame on her and starbucks. Will definitely be contacting her boss. And she was exceptionally RUDE
Drive thru is not good. It seems like the only time they get my order right is when we order from the app. Whenever I order a nitro cold brew, they give me a regular cold brew with ice. I say nitro repeat back nitro and everything’s good until I get to the front and it’s not a nitro. McDonalds shows me my order on the screen. Why isn’t Starbucks investing in this. I was heading somewhere and stopped by and got a iced latte and 5 minutes before i took a sip it was disgusting, it was sour and weird, not like before i got this exact same thing and it didnt taste like that at all, and the time i got that drink there was these bugs all on the food, i thought it was just me when i took my sip until my friend tried it and said they might of gave me expired milk, theres this one girl that works there in the morning and is extremely rude and cant hear for shit, i will never be returning there.
