I come to this location often and everyone is always extremely friendly!
I am giving this store a very low rating based on my interaction with the manager, Amber. She was not helpful at all. All I wanted was a drink that she apparently had never heard of, and she became extremely rude, telling me that other stores should not have been making it for me—even though I had ordered it at several different locations. She outright refused to make the drink. All I asked for was matcha powder over ice so I could add my protein shake and make the drink healthier, as I am trying to make better choices.
