Guy at the drive thru Saturday morning (May 17th) had a bad attitude & visibly became upset when I asked a question. Sorry I’m not a Starbucks-addict and don’t know the menu by heart. You work in customer service (and I have too for many years). Be prepared to answer a question or two. Especially if the person isn’t being rude or annoying when asking j.a.
I kept waiting to order but no one came to the counter to take my order so I just left
I come here almost every day in the morning before my shift- every morning the customer service is AMAZING (the morning crew they have works so well together) and I absolutely love hearing “HI FRIEND” through the speaker or when i pull up to the window. Thank yall for being the highlight of my day!
