Customers are always greeted by friendly staff as we come in. This store has an amazing team of people that really care about making my day better. My drink is always correct and quickly made in a busy store. There is a real, apparent commitment to customer service that makes this coffeehouse somewhere you want to spend time. Thanks to a superbly trained and managed team!
I come in regularly and the staff are always friendly and working hard. They know a lot of customers by name and remember things about their lives and what’s going on with them. They’re also friendly with each other, working well as a team and laughing together, which is so nice to see and hear when you’re sitting in the cafe working for a long period of time. Always a pleasant place to come and grab my coffee quick! Everyone makes the atmosphere amazing. When it’s busy you still feel like a priority!
