Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Thirty minute wait for 2 breakfast sandwiches, a grande hot chocolate and venti latte. :(
I’ve been here 3 times now. This location is over run and under staffed. Workers aren’t trained to make drinks correctly. After waiting 15 minutes inside the store with 10 other customers. my drink came out wrong even though the label on the cup was correct.
Long lines in the drive through, but we walked right up inside.
What happened to the caramel!!! 😒🥺
