Awful customer service. They don’t deserve to get paid the hourly rate they are making.
Friendly staff. I was greeted by a young man who lived in Paris and loves soccer. The speed could be as quick as the NY METRO area
Simply not a fan of this franchise. Coffee us okay but not great, food is well no Comment. And the cashiers (not at all locations) are a but snotty most of the time

Taiah was an absolute delight. Smiled, brought everything to our table and had a warm smile.
