Made my drink correct and promptly. Their baristas were friendly and left me a cute note on my cup!

I had to change from 4 stars to 2. I've been coming to this location for years and yes, like any comparable establishment, the staff changes often. However, the current staff just blatantly ignores guests. When you are at the counter, take the lid off of your cup, and slide your cup to the edge of the counter (closer to the baristas), and then stare at the baristas waiting for one to acknowledge u, i mean how much clearer does it have to be when someone needs help.
